Owner’s Motivation:

The owner bought this first home a decade ago. There was substantial capital gain and also needed to be sold due to school relocation. However, the occupied unit was cluttered and outdated, presenting major marketing hurdles.

Marketing Journey:

When I saw the unit, I immediately knew virtual staging was required to showcase the unit's potential, generating initial interest. Once it was vacant, I then proceeded to take professional photos/videos and targeted marketing to attract the right buyer.

Sealing the Deal:

There were 3 similar layout units on sale at that timing, and I managed to secure the highest out of the 3 units that were sold, despite it being minimally renovated. It was one of the highest transacted in $PSF in the project.
